ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – 24 May 2026
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 May 2026 at 1000 hours, in The Warrant Officers’ and Sergeants’ Mess,
The Armoury, 530 Queens Avenue, New Westminster

Proxy
If you are not able to attend please submit a signed copy of the proxy form to a member (except the President) who is in good standing, and will be attending the meeting and will know your position on items on the agenda.
For those members attending who receive a proxy, please present it to the President prior to the start of the meeting.
At the start of the meeting, for the roll call, please let the know Secretary know your name so that your status of your membership can be confirmed. Only members in good standing are allowed to vote.
